We have dedicated project managers working on most projects that are scheduled to span more than one day. And all long projects are run to a strict process with pre-agreed milestones and regular reporting.

We use a flexible resourcing/sourcing model where we use experts from outside the organisation when its appropriate.

We aim to price fairly and competetively, however we consider ourselves at being the best at providing the services we do provide and when we use additional resources we consider these on the same basis.
